Onboard Express also creates a full trail from offer acceptance to contract approval, ensuring HR teams are always audit-ready.
Onboard Express fully complies with the Australian Privacy Principles, as set out by the Privacy Act 1988. We also comply with the Health Privacy Principles when handling health information. Our automated onboarding workflows are encrypted, with all new hire personal information stored in secure candidate portals and HR dashboards. These systems can only be accessed digitally via an email or mobile PIN sent directly to the relevant team member, and help you stay audit-ready with ease.

Minimum terms and conditions of employment as set out in an employee contract must meet National Employment Standards. This contract must also include the right pay as determined by a new employee's employment status, meeting minimum pay rates set by the Fair Work Act. Hours of work and rostering must be agreed in advance, with written time and wage records for all employees kept by employers. Businesses should also conduct legal checks and create key documentation during onboarding, including Right to Work, Tax File Number Declaration, and Fair Work information statement.
Personal new hire information is only stored in our systems for as long as necessary to fulfil its relevant legal, account, audit, or reporting obligations. All data is then securely destroyed in line with Australia's data privacy laws, including the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988.
