United Care Queensland (UCQ) is a courageous and creative health and community services provider and one of the largest charities in Australia.
With over 17,000 employees in 460 locations across the Gold Coast and Northern Territories, UCG needed a specialised onboarding system that would help manage their employees and nearly 10,000 volunteers who donate their time.

A new project to recruit hundreds of support staff in a very short period kicked off. The key stakeholders believed they could no longer utilise the existing new employee onboarding process and should investigate alternate options.
What they needed was a solution that could ensure compliance with their offer and acceptance process whilst improving the new employee and hiring manager experience.
Their current all-in-one recruitment software had it’s limitations and restraints, hindering the onboarding and staff management of such a large organisation.
Results AFTER IMPLEMENTING :

Following the reduction of the time to onboard from 2 weeks to 2 days within BlueCare, other UCQ divisions are now lining up to implement Onboard Express.
